1 review for Professional Technique Guide: Book 1

  1. Kim

I recently purchased this book as a beginner clarinetist, and I’m really impressed. It’s thorough and easy to follow, with each lesson being clear and approachable. I’ve never seen a book that takes such a holistic approach, teaching both the mechanics of the instrument and essential music theory, so I feel like I’m developing as a musician rather than just practising the clarinet. I’m slowly working through this book and eagerly looking forward to the next one. Highly recommend for anyone starting out!
